Terms and Conditions

Section 1: General

1.1. We supply the following astrological products:

1. Consultations both in office and online (payment is deducted on order and consultation arranged within 24 hours)
2. Astrology reports (delivered on payment in real time)
3. The online AstroCalendar (delivered on payment in real time)
4. Astrology Software (by shareware download, payment is deducted on order)

1.2. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made on this site, unless other written agreements are made between the customer and AstroWOW.

1.3. Prices in Denmark include sales tax. Customers within the EU with exception of Denmark are currently (2025) exempt, as are non-EU countries.

Section 2: Conditions of Use

2.1. You can do business with AstroWOW if you fulfill the following conditions:

• You must click the Terms & Conditions box to confirm that you have read and understood them.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.

Section 3: Ordering and Payment

3.1. When you order, AstroWOW collects your contact information. You are then redirected to PayPal or the credit/debit card payment gateway (or MobilePay). This information is only used for servicing your order and for no other purpose.

3.2. Prior to ordering, you will see a summary of your order, including product, price, and total.

3.3. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation—save this as documentation.

Section 4: Delivery

4.1. Real-time reports are delivered immediately, though delivery may take up to 10 minutes.

4.2. Shareware codes are sent within 24 hours on working days.

Section 5: Payment Security

5.1. Payments are processed via PayPal or our international payment gateway.

5.2. All online payments are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), known only to the payment provider.

5.3. You are not liable for misuse of your payment card, provided you have followed its proper use.

Section 6: Refunds & Complaints

6.1. Complaints are addressed within 48 working hours. AstroWOW will refund payments if you are dissatisfied.

6.2. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with:

• Order number
• Name
• Email address

6.4. Refunds are processed via PayPal or the payment gateway once we confirm deletion of product.

Section 7: Liability & Disclaimers

7.1. AstroWOW cannot guarantee that the website will always function without interruption or error.

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark, unless otherwise mandated by consumer protection laws.
